Evo Landscapes offers a complete design service, ensuring that our clients receive an outdoor area that is not only unique and vibrant but also fully functional. Our designers, who are qualified and enthusiastic, possess expertise in Auto CAD, Sketch Up and Vectorworks ensuring the design solutions provided to our clients are of the highest caliber. The duration of the design process is tailored to fit our clients’ schedules and their specific needs for design and construction timelines. At Evo Landscapes, the design experience is fully personalised to meet our clients’ unique requirements.
Initial Concept Plan
Upon establishing contact with Evo Landscapes, we schedule a site visit to explore initial ideas for your garden or outdoor area. During this meeting, we will develop a design brief based off the clients requirements both aesthetically and functionally. We also take measurements and photos for reference in the design stage. Following this, our designer drafts a concept plan, which is presented during a concept meeting. This plan helps you visualize your garden’s layout, features, and overall theme. You’ll receive the concept plan to review, annotate, and consider before we proceed to develop further.
The associated costs for the initial on-site consultation and concept design is $700 + GST.
Design Master Plan
Once the client is 100% satisfied with the initial concept plan, a master plan is generated by the designer. The master plan is an in-depth comprehensive plan, including detailed layout with dimensions, features, planting layout and plant names. The master plan is accompanied with a planting schedule, a materials and finishes schedule, a maintenance schedule and construction plans (if necessary).
The associated costs for the master plan range between $2,200 – $6,200 + GST depending on the scope of works required and how in depth the plans are required to be.
The associated costs for the initial on-site consultation and concept design is $700 + GST.
Planting and Maintenance Schedule
Each master plan from Evo Landscapes comes with an in-depth planting schedule. This schedule provides a comprehensive description of each plant selected for the garden, including the number of plants and recommended pot sizes. To support the longevity and health of your garden, we include horticultural information sheets drawn from our extensive, tailored plant database. These sheets offer guidance on plant care and maintenance to ensure your garden remains vibrant and flourishing for the future.
The associated costs for the initial on-site consultation and concept design is $700 + GST.
Materials and Finishes Schedule
Every master plan from Evo Landscapes is accompanied by a meticulous material and finishes schedule. This schedule details the specific materials and finishes selected for your project, including types, colors, and textures, as well as the recommended quantities and specifications as well as relevant Australian Standards for application. Our curated selection ensures compatibility with your design's aesthetic and durability requirements. To aid in visualising the final outcome, we provide samples or detailed imagery where possible. This comprehensive approach ensures that every aspect of your landscape's design is coherent, thoughtfully considered, and aligned with your vision, facilitating a seamless transition from plan to reality.
This design process also allows for an accurate take off for all required materials and associated labour costs for the successful construction of the project.
* Please note we do require a copy of your house blueprints, site plans or building plans during the design process. If this is not able to be provided, there will be additional costs, depending on the property, incurred to the client in order to obtain service locations and on site measurements and heights to develop an accurate base plan.
